The building at 2148 Larimer had green sheet-metal siding and had various industrial uses. The barricades went up in July 2008 and the transformation began. Check the "after" pictures taken December 1, 2008.
As 20 year Colorado residents, we've seen Denver change and grow. We love this part of town, love the street and the neighborhood and all the people and places we find. Can't wait to be a part of it!
